Friday Food Collaborative
Every Friday, Family Star hosts a food collaborative. Here you can pick up FREE fresh goods and non-perishable items. We welcome staff, families, and the entire community! If you have neighbors or family members that need assistance, please forward this information about our food distribution.
Please visit our food distribution sites from 4-5:30 at:
Family Star Northwest: 2246 Federal Boulevard, Denver CO 80211
Family Star Northeast: 2940 Curtis Street, Denver CO 80205
Please contact your Child Family Advocate or Parent Educator if you need assistance with transportation or if you have any additionally needs for non-food items.
Interested in Volunteering?
We need volunteers to support this amazing effort!

Gloves will be worn at any time handling or distributing food. We will be doing health screenings of all staff and volunteers helping onsite at the beginning of each shift.
​
Market style distribution times are 4:00-5:30pm at both locations. Volunteers who will be helping inside South storage facility at NW must be 14 years old or above at this time.
