Denver, CO- The Rocky Mountain Kidz Festival was created to celebrate and benefit children in the Denver Metro area and surrounding communities to raise awareness and funding to improve the lives of youth with heart disease and heart related illnesses.

The Rocky Mountain Kidz Festival will feature games, crafts, youth entrepreneurs, local businesses, non-profits and entertainment. All this to benefit and raise awareness for youth with heart disease and heart related illnesses.

Admission into the event is free and open to the public! We will be selling tickets to play games to raise funds to contribute to research for heart disease and other heart related issues at Children’s Hospital of Denver. We will also be selling tickets to raffle off Denver Nuggets merchandise, items from the Colorado Rockies, a $1,000 gift certificate to Stapleton Orthodontics and much more.

The Manny Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, community organization based in Denver, Colorado. The Manny Foundation is designed to provide scholarship opportunities to local youth and young adults to help them achieve their goals of higher education. We aim to encourage and support these students by preparing them with tools and resources needed to pursue their dreams through participation in community outreach, stewardship, mentorship and educational programs. We are also established as an organization recognized by the Colorado Secretary of State.

The Manny Foundation was founded in memory of Manuel “Manny” Honeycutt.  Manny, a graduating senior in the School of Business at Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas, passed away in October of 2010, at the age of 23 from a heart attack. Manny was a dynamic dreamer and respected leader among his peers and in his community.  He was a strong advocate for education and aspired to bring hope in all young people that they, too, can live their dreams.
