Tuition
Nido Classrooms (Infants 2 to 14 months): $1,500/month
Infant Community Classrooms (Toddlers 15 months to 3 years): $1,250/month
Primary Classrooms (Preschoolers 3 to 6 years): $950/month
 
Financial Assistance
Childcare subsidies are available through the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Colorado Child Care Assistance Programs.  For more information visit the CCCAP website.
 
Family Star has an Early Head Start program for children ages 2 months to 3 years.  Families typically qualify for Early Head Start if they are from low income families, if they qualify for public assistance, or if the child has special needs.  Please contact one of our Family Advocates for more information at 303-477-7827.
 
The Denver Preschool Program (DPP) provides tuition credits to all Denver resident families with a child who is 4 years old or in his/her last year before kindergarten.  The tuition credit is based on family size and income and the center's Qualistar Rating (Family Star's Northwest Center has a 4-star Rating, and the Northeast Center has a 3-star Rating).  Once approved, the tuition credit is applied towards the overall cost of the preschool of choice for the child.  Family Star staff will assist parents in completing and submitting an application to the DPP office.  For more information visit the DPP website.
